Shannon’s love of yoga began in 2003 after the birth of her first daughter.  She was searching for new fitness motivation and stumbled across a 90-day hot yoga challenge. She quickly realized that the benefits of consistent practice went far deeper than the physical asana practice.  Shannon welcomes the fact that students come to the mat for a variety of reasons.  She teaches a flowing style and creates a fun and nurturing environment where students are invited to enjoy all aspects of yoga.  Shannon received her training through Lifted Heart Yoga and is also a Grounded Kids Yoga teacher.
