Kember first started practicing yoga in the mid-2000’s – in an old retail space with linoleum floors! A decade later she stumbled into a true yoga studio and her whole life changed. Kember completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015 at Lift Yoga under the guidance of Kim Saunders and Sue Hopkins, and has now completed the 300-hour program through Johns Creek Yoga. Kember believes that music and movement are medicine, always syncing the meditative movements of the asanas with a soulful soundtrack. Her classes are for all levels and will leave you feeling strong physically, spiritually, and mentally.
