Julie believes in yoga as a way of life and has found with a dedicated yoga practice and openness one will grow physically, mentally and spiritually.
In 2012 she completed her RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certification through Atlanta Yoga.
She furthered her yoga education by attending workshops with Manju Jois, Paul Dallaghan, Kino MacGregor, Tim Miller, Elizabeth Rogers and more.
She began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 1997 now teaches yoga in the styles of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hot yoga.
She shares her love of the yoga practice with kindness, joy, thoughtfulness and humor and welcome all levels of yoga students into this workshop.
