Gail is an experienced, joyous, and enthusiastic yoga instructor based in the Alpharetta/Milton area. She has 4 grown children and loves her sweet yorkie mix, Ruby! Gail found her home when she began teaching fitness classes more than 30 years ago, and later, again, in yoga. She feels she was born to teach and especially enjoys working with people of all ages and stages of life helping to encourage and inspire them to live their lives with strength, confidence and joy. Gail believes our best days are always yet to come, it’s never too late to begin something new, and no one is good or bad at yoga – if you have a body, you can practice yoga.
Gail loves to teach Vinyasa flow classes with an emphasis on connecting with the breath, learning poses that aid in day to day functional movement on and off the mat, and she loves to cater the class to what the students need that day. No two classes are ever the same!
“I believe with my whole heart that there is a place for yoga in everyone’s life. I strive to be the teacher that can help anyone see how yoga can enhance one’s life in ways they could never imagine- no matter your age, physicality, occupation, or sport. I love what I do, and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to guide people through their yoga practice and to go to work every day barefoot! I love my life!” – Gail
