VINYASA

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of yoga helps to increase muscle strength & flexibility as well as bring your mind to the present.

YIN

Yin is a gently practice focusing on stillness and relaxation. This practiced is good for iIncreasing circulation and flexibility, calming and balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, and increased joint mobility.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

  • Gong Bath March 11th

    Gong meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about healing. This practice is also sometimes referred to as a “gong bath” because participants are “bathed” in meditation gong sound waves. Sound therapy has long been used to manage a broad range of health conditions. The treatments are based on the understanding that all forms of matter – including our body’s cells – vibrate at different frequencies. Factors such as stress, depression and disease cause cells and organs within our bodies to vibrate at non-optimal frequencies.
    Join Mindy as she plays the gongs and creates an atmosphere of therapeutic benefit beyond your imagination!

  • Kundalini Yoga Series February 22nd - March 21st

    Learn the fundamentals of Kundalini yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, in this 4 week series led by Mindy Searcey. Kundalini Yoga uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations and mantras to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation.

  • POP-UP! Intro to Mindfulness March 15th

    Want to try Mindfulness & Meditation but you aren’t sure where to begin? This pop up will provide an overview of mindfulness, mindful movement, and meditation. Learn how to cultivate mindfulness into your daily life through the attitudes of mindfulness and release negative thought patterns through formal and informal practices.
     
    Ashley Baer is a certified health & wellness coach and RYT 200. In addition, she is certified in mindfulness and is currently teaching a mindfulness pilot class in the school system.
