VINYASA

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of yoga helps to increase muscle strength & flexibility as well as bring your mind to the present.

YIN

Yin is a gently practice focusing on stillness and relaxation. This practiced is good for iIncreasing circulation and flexibility, calming and balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, and increased joint mobility.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

  • Yoga Teacher Training Begins Aug 2020

    This yoga teacher’s training is a comprehensive training, which runs over seven weekends, and is designed to enhance your own personal knowledge of Yoga and its many facets, as well as provide you with the confidence and skills necessary to safely teach Yoga. Our 240 hour program is registered with Yoga Alliance and has met, and exceeded their minimum standards for a 200 hour yoga teacher certification. This type of learning works best for those who like to let it sink in, and with the ability to get away one weekend a month. You will have assignments to do during your breaks between weekends and time to integrate what you are learning.

  • Yoga & Mindfulness Jamaica Retreat! Sept 2020
