VINYASA

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of yoga helps to increase muscle strength & flexibility as well as bring your mind to the present.

YIN

Yin is a gently practice focusing on stillness and relaxation. This practiced is good for iIncreasing circulation and flexibility, calming and balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, and increased joint mobility.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

  • GALentine's Yoga February 13th

    Join us for an empowering uplifting badass all levels yoga class for women, by women, to CELEBRATE WOMEN!

    Galentine’s is a day to celebrate our besties, the women in our lives who build us up, support us, answer the phone when we call in the middle of the night, drink wine with us on a Tuesday afternoon, watch our kids even when they’re sick and unfailingly stand with us no matter what. In honor of this glorious day (and these glorious women!) we want you and your best gal pal* to come hang with us.

    Bring your girl friends to our first annual Galentine’s celebration on Thursday, February 13th at 7:15p. Join Meagan for a 90 min heart opening practice and a celebration of sisterhood with chocolate and bubbly (Or – BYOW). So get your girls, grab your mats and let’s do this.

  • Kundalini Yoga Series February 22nd - March 14th

    Learn the fundamentals of Kundalini yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, in this 4 week series led by Mindy Searcey. Kundalini Yoga uses a series of kriyas (postures/sequences), breathing techniques, meditations and mantras to help students experience greater strength and flexibility, emotional balance and spiritual elevation.

  • Crow Balance Workshop March 13th

    Crow pose is THE essential gateway pose for all arm balancing in yoga. Achieve Lift Off then play with variations on the theme. Overcome arm balance anxiety, fire up your core and triceps, tap into your inner strength, and rev up your hovercraft as we uncover the building blocks and alignment of crow/crane (bakasana) and side crow (Parsva Bakasana). Bring an adventurous spirit.
