Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of yoga helps to increase muscle strength & flexibility as well as bring your mind to the present.
Yin is a gently practice focusing on stillness and relaxation. This practiced is good for iIncreasing circulation and flexibility, calming and balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, and increased joint mobility.
Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Meditation Challenge + Workshop December 1st
Join us for a 30 day Meditation Challenge for the month of December.
We’ll kick off the challenge with a Meditation Workshop on 12/1 to help get you started on the right foot with various meditation styles, how to use mantra and malas, and some pranayama (breathing) exercises to help calm your body and mind before meditation.
RAVI Flow 101 + Workshop December 1st
RAVI is a restorative prop used in multiple formats that include Yin, Restorative, Flow, Nidra and Pranayama based classes. This amazing prop will give you the benefits of a weighted practice to assist in healing the body.
A complimentary 1hr TEACHER TRAINING will follow at 3:30p for RYTs (must register and attend the Flow 101 to take the TT). Valid for Yoga Alliance CEUs!
