VINYASA

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of yoga helps to increase muscle strength & flexibility as well as bring your mind to the present.

YIN

Yin is a gently practice focusing on stillness and relaxation. This practiced is good for iIncreasing circulation and flexibility, calming and balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, and increased joint mobility.

ASHTANGA

Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

    Join Village Yoga for a complimentary all levels yoga class on the Vickery Village green in front of Chill Hill once a month April through September.

  • Namaste in Nature - Day Hike + Yoga April 14th

    Hike beautiful Amicalola Falls.

    Join us for a 2 mile morning hike through beautiful Amicalola Falls, stopping along the way to stretch and strengthen!

    9am to 2pm (ish)

  • Full Moon Yin + Yoga Nidra April 20th

    Join Ashley Baer for a relaxing night of yin yoga (deep stretching) followed by nidra under the full moon. We’ll be serving chamomile tea before class to prepare for a restful experience.

  • New Moon Mala Making + Meditation May 4th

    Do you know why there are 108 beads in a mala? Why is mantra important? What is a mantra meditation? In this workshop, you will make your own mala and learn how to use it to create a mantra-based meditation practice. This special workshop is led by Kember Griffiths and Sarah Trulove and is designed to give you new meditation tools to elevate your practice and your life.

  • 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Starts Jan 26th

    200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training brought to you in partnership with John’s Creek Yoga.

    With Course Leaders trained in numerous yoga methodologies and experienced in teaching all types of classes, you will gain the tools to find your own voice and your own unique way of sharing the beautiful and ancient practice of Yoga.

    Upon Graduation, students will have completed all course work necessary to register as RYT200 with the National Yoga Alliance.
