Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of yoga helps to increase muscle strength & flexibility as well as bring your mind to the present.


Yin is a gently practice focusing on stillness and relaxation. This practiced is good for iIncreasing circulation and flexibility, calming and balancing the mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety, and increased joint mobility.


Ashtanga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

  • Essential Oils + Restorative Yoga with Sarah & Nooshin March 1st

    Join Nooshin and Sarah for an evening of restorative yoga and essential oils.

    Enjoy a sensory journey crafted to create peace and relaxation. Nooshin will guide you though a combo of restorative/relaxing yoga poses. Relaxation inspired therapeutic oil blends will be used along with hands on adjustments throughout the class.

    Young Living© therapeutic oils will be used during this workshop to support your practice. After the 60-minute yoga practice with Sarah, join Sarah to learn about the magic of these oils. Sarah will also lead you through how to make your own custom roller ball blends! You will get to choose from one of the Relaxation themed blends used in class.

  • 6 Week Beginner Series Begins March 2nd

    In this 6 week series, Sarah and Andrew will introduce you to the basics of a yoga practice with modifications made as needed to accommodate your body’s needs. By the end of the series, you will be able to take your new yoga knowledge and begin a home practice, or venture out into the greater yoga community. Sarah and Andrew strive to provide a safe environment for beginners to feel welcome; all that is required is that you show up ready to try something new, and smile. This series is appropriate for someone with little to no physical or athletic background. You are never too tight, too old, or too weak to begin.

    Join us for 108 Sun Salutations to celebrate the coming of Spring!
    We will start by setting an intention for our practice. Then, we invite you break down the 108 into these 3 parts or some other themes of your choice.
    * 1st 36: Focus on a person or event from the past that’s holding you back from living the life you want.
    * 2nd 36: Focus on some aspect of your present life that’s not serving you, and let go of that person, idea, feeling, etc.
    * 3rd 36: Focus on letting go of the grasp you have on what you believe your future is “supposed” to hold for you.

  • Yoga for Athletes with Gail Connell March 24th

    Sign up for this dynamic and fun Workshop and learn some stretches, moves and tips so that you can take your athletic performance to the next level and aid in your recovery.

    Gail is RYT 200 and works with a variety of local high school athletes on the regular and has led yoga workshops for golfers, equestrians, runners, tennis players and more. She brings the concept of improving your performance and active recovery through yoga to her clients and students. The results can be significant and amazing; increasing your strength, flexibility, injury prevention, ability to bounce back fast and breathe!
    Weekend Warrior or competitive athlete- practicing yoga can help you take your efforts to the next level and reduce soreness and recovery time.
    More important, yoga will teach you how to use your breath; learning how to stay calm, focused and in the moment (no matter what is going on) so that you can deliver your very best.

    Do you know why there are 108 beads in a mala? Why is mantra important? What is a mantra meditation? In this workshop, you will make your own mala and learn how to use it to create a mantra-based meditation practice. This special workshop is led by Kember Griffiths and Sarah Trulove and is designed to give you new meditation tools to elevate your practice and your life.

  • 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Starts Jan 26th

    200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training brought to you in partnership with John’s Creek Yoga.

    With Course Leaders trained in numerous yoga methodologies and experienced in teaching all types of classes, you will gain the tools to find your own voice and your own unique way of sharing the beautiful and ancient practice of Yoga.

    Upon Graduation, students will have completed all course work necessary to register as RYT200 with the National Yoga Alliance.

  • Kids Yoga - 6 Week Series Starts Jan 7th

    Yoga is, at its core, intentional movement. This can bring peace to your mind, strength to your body and also: it’s really fun! This 6 week course will be intended to safely strengthen young minds and bodies by building each week on poses learned and practicing how to be mindful during those movements. The first few minutes each day will be spent discussing a foundational concept, then the students will move through a warm up, a simple flow, a cool down. At the end of class we’ll play some yoga games! Each week, the instructor will send the students home with a little worksheet to do with their parents so that the learning can continue at home.
    Series is for children ages 8-12 years old.
